    Deputies: Missing Kanawha County woman hasn’t been seen, heard from in months

    KANAWHA COUNTY, WV (WOWK) – The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help finding a missing woman.

    According to the KCSO, 39-year-old Jennifer Dawn Cantrell’s family has not seen or heard from her in several months and recently reported her missing. She also goes by the nicknames of “Jenny” and “Jen-Jen.”

    Deputies say Cantrell is “currently believed to be homeless” and has been known to frequent Charleston’s West Side and Clendenin.

    Cantrell is described as a white female standing 5’6″ and weighing approximately 110 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. She also has a neck tattoo reading “KAVONNA” and a collarbone tattoo that reads “Beautiful.” Deputies say she was last known to have a hairstyle in which one side of her hair is long while the other side is shaved.

    Anyone with any information on Cantrell’s whereabouts is asked to contact Deputy N.J. Walton at 304-357-0169 it the KCSO Criminal Investigative Section at 304-357-0556.
