see this is what I don't like I think it should be all or nothing either you can sell alcohol or you cannot. The problem and the discrimination comes about when people can tell you the type of alcohol you can sell that opens it up for a discrimination. it's like somebody telling you after you get your driver's license that there are certain kind of cars that you can't drive. imagine them telling you you can only drive a Hyundai and you're forbidden to drive an electric vehicle or a Mercedes
