I know what she saying i don't live in my house in prichard water is off at the meter and still pay 65.00 and 15.00 for trash pick up with no trash can.... they're sad

The federal government needs to take over the whole city of Prichard fire every one that holds a title including the mayor and let Mobile take over completely! Cause the things that goes on behind closed doors is disgraceful they take advantage of poor people trying to just keep their heads above water only to be pulled under because of their deceitful actions!
