WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) — Warwick police are asking for help identifying a motorcycle rider accused of cutting off and swerving between multiple vehicles part of a funeral procession on Friday.

According to police, the funeral was for a veteran at the Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery in Exeter.

Police are alleging that the rider intentionally drove at one of the escorting officers, barely missed him and then drove off.

Police are looking for a blue Yamaha R1 motorcycle that did not have a license plate.

Anyone who recognizes the bike or the operator is asked to email Nicholas.dinardo@warwickri.gov or call (401)-468-4200.
