Person hospitalized after motorcycle crash in West Greenwich

WEST GREENWICH, R.I. (WPRI) — A person was taken to the hospital after being involved in a motorcycle accident in West Greenwich Saturday morning.

According to a post on the West Greenwich Fire/Rescue Facebook page, several crews from West Greenwich and Exeter were called to Congdon Mill Road for a report of a motorcycle accident at the Big River Reservoir.

The post said that first responders had to walk about 1.5 miles into the woods to find the scene of the crash.

The victim, who is not being identified at this time, was taken to the hospital with Exeter EMS.
