La Salle girls tennis win doubles state title

In doubles, the top seed from Barrington. Addy Friedman and Jasmine Malik facing La Salle’s Moira Haxton and Alessandra Roye.

Ram duo took the first set with Roye’s forehand inside the line. The Eagles rally as Friedman takes the sting out of the backhand. But La Salle’s pair brings home the crown. Haxton’s forehand shot can’t be returned.

The Rams second ranked doubles team win the state title 6-3, 7-5 over the favorites.
