    Police searching for Woonsocket bank robbery suspect

    WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — Woonsocket police are investigating a bank robbery that happened midday on Monday.

    Police say they’re searching for a suspect who held up the Milford Federal Bank branch at 2020 Diamond Hill Road.

    No weapon was used, according to police, and the suspect made off with an unspecified amount of money.
