Wednesday evening will be comfortable, temperatures to rise Thursday

Warmer but still comfortable this evening, low will be in the 50s around 60 degrees. You may notice a milky sky now through the first half of Thursday, that is from the wildfire smoke that is high in the atmosphere. There is no air quality impacts expected from this in our viewing area at this time.

The warming trend continues Thursday, highs will reach the mid-80s in the afternoon. Sunshine will mix with more cloud cover in the afternoon and evening.

The humidity will increase Thursday night and through the day on Friday. The chance of thunderstorms returns Friday afternoon and evening and again Saturday afternoon. A few isolated storms could become severe and may produce damaging winds, heavy rainfall and hail. Make sure to stay weather-aware later this week and into the weekend.
