Wait will be just as long unless more personnel are added to see patients. And while they're at it the waiting room at prompt care needs to be enlarged. Have to sit too close to germy people. Why do so many people use the ER ? It takes 2-3 months to get a doctor appointment I'm an OSF patient who has been that route .
