I have had the misfortune of flying with them twice. I dreaded knowing I had too. You show up at the counter in the lobby their all smiles and the stare causes you chills, then you make your way to the gate where there is no smile and rudeness comes out. You board find a seat and await the door to close. Then comes the ultimate surprise if you’re selected to surrender your seat. No honest reason just get off please. It’s best you get off as asked. Save that police report. Wait at the gate for further instructions. Making a fuss can cost you your refund. They are not as reliable as they want you to believe.
