if he's innocent he shouldn't be in jail....my daughter was strangled and her husband did it and all he's getting is 6 years.he planned it he buried her under their double wide and then reported her missing!now I ask how wrong is that???? I believe if people kill someone they should have a life sentence with no parole. but don't try to put people in jail if they didn't do it it's not right.
