COLUMBUS, Ga. ( WRBL ) — The city of Columbus is waiving all Tree for Fee charges due to a storm Sunday.

This will take effect immediately and will end Monday, Aug. 26. All storm debris placed on the curb will be collected.

Integrated Waste Manager, John Pittman, reminds citizens that all limbs cut for the city to collect can not be longer than four feet and wider than six inches. Limbs outside of those dimensions will not be collected.

You can call Pittman at 706-225-4696 for more details or dial 311 to request a pickup.
