    Mid-day interview: Kristin Connor, CEO of CURE Childhood Cancer

    COLUMBUS, Ga. ( WRBL ) — In today’s Mid-day interview, WRBL’s Crystal Whitman talked with CEO of CURE Childhood Cancer Kristin Connor about Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

    CURE is an organization focused on furthering cancer research in children and supporting families with children who have cancer.

    According to CURE, it has invested more than $43 million in childhood cancer research in just the last 10 years. The organizations says it has allocated $14 million to launch and grow a precision medicine program at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta to serve Georgia’s children.
