    3.8 magnitude earthquake hits town near Dyersburg, TN

    MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The United States Geological Survey reported a magnitude 3.8 earthquake near northern Dyer County this morning.

    The earthquake happened in Ridgely, Tennessee at around 3 a.m.

    Ridgely also experienced a 1.6 earthquake about two weeks ago, Earthquake Track says.

    According to the Dyersburg Emergency Operations has not indicated any reports of damage. They are waiting for the fire department to provide updates.
