MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man and a woman were charged with Aggravated Robbery for allegedly stealing multiple iPhones, Android phones, cash, and other devices from a phone store in Midtown.

On Monday, two suspects entered Boost Mobile on North Cleveland Avenue asking to see an iPhone. After the employee brought it to the suspects, the male pulled a handgun on the clerk and took the phone, according to Memphis police.

Police say the suspect ordered the clerk into the back room to lock himself in the bathroom.

The suspects took additional iPhones and the victim’s backpack containing an Android tablet, Air pods, a MacBook, and other items, police say. They also took cash from the register.

MPD says the suspects fled on foot. Investigators tracked the AirPods to the 3300 block of Hardin Avenue, and they located a male and female who matched the suspect description.

The suspects were detained and officers recovered several items taken from the business.

Kendrian Hall, 23, was charged with Aggravated Robbery. Her bond has been set at $100,000.

Mario Smith, 35, is charged with Aggravated Robbery. His bond has not been set.
