    Man dead after overnight shooting in Southeast Memphis

    MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is dead following a shooting in Southeast Memphis Wednesday night, police say.

    Officers say around 8 p.m. they responded to a shooting in the 5800 block of Ridgehill Drive where a man was found suffering from a gunshot wound.

    Shootings at 2 apartment complexes leave 2 men dead

    He was then taken to St. Francis Hospital in critical condition where he was later pronounced dead.

    MPD says no suspect information is available at this time, but this is still an ongoing investigation.
