Germantown Police say they arrested Sniezak in a traffic stop Saturday. He is now in federal custody, charged with two counts of Arson Affecting Interstate Commerce.

Wolf River Circle and Cordova Cove are adjacent streets in an office park largely occupied by medical offices, near the intersection of Germantown Road and Wolf River Boulevard.
