Last Friday just before 11:30 p.m., officers say they were called to an aggravated assault in the 4000 block of Gailwood Avenue.

The victim stated that he was in Jesus Olivo’s silver Dodge Challenger with him and two other people. He allegedly asked Olivo to take him home, but when he made it home they got into an argument.

Police say the argument between the victim and Olivo quickly escalated into a fight. Olivo allegedly punched the victim who then returned the punch. That is when Olivo is said to have pulled out a black handgun and fired three shots.
