MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A teenager is missing from his North Memphis home after police say he stole his father’s AR-15 rifle and walked out the door.

The Memphis Police Department says 15-year-old Calterius Burke is possibly armed and dangerous. He reportedly left his home in the 800 block of Griffith Place on Wednesday after stealing his father’s rifle in hopes of trading it for two pistols.

He is described as a 5-foot-8, 130-pound male with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing white jeans, a black hoodie with stars on it, and a black face mask.

If you have any information regarding Burke’s whereabouts, call the Memphis Police Department Missing Persons Bureau at 901-636-4479 or 901-545-2677.
