Kennard joins Grizzlies injury list ahead of season opener

MEMPHIS – Injury updates as the Grizzlies are now just a week away from Opening night.

Ja Morant and Jaren Jackson Junior were both putting up shots at Wednesday’s practice. Both are progressing well and on track to play in next week’s opener. That according to head coach Taylor Jenkins.

But the Grizzlies do have another injury concern to deal with.

Luke Kennard is dealing with foot soreness, leaving him a question mark for the opener against the Utah Jazz.
