SPW Hardcore Island 2: A Fine City Results (8/16): Miyu Yamashita, Kaya Toribami, Alexis Lee, And More

SPW welcomed Miyu Yamashita and Kaya Toribami from TJPW for their Singapore wrestling debut this past August 16. The event emanated from the Foo Chow Building Event Hall.

• Xtreme Rules Match: Da Butcherman, Dr. Gore (The Horrors), Aiden Rex def. RJ, Mason (The Midnight Bastards), “The Statement” Andruew Tang

The main event of the show saw SPW’s top competitors duke it out in a Singapore Xtreme Rules Match featuring Aiden Rex and The Horrors up against “The Statement” Andruew and The Midnight Bastards.

SPW General Manager Carl Hella previously added a stipulation that should the team of The Horrors and Aiden Rex secure the victory, the competitor who wins will be entitled to a future SPW Southeast Asia Championship match against reigning champion Andruew Tang.

Per match results, Da Butcherman secured the three-count to become the Number One Contender. Though he is currently one-half of the SPW Southeast Asian Tag Team Champions alongside Dr. Gore, Da Butcherman is not new to challenging for and holding singles championship gold as a former SPW Singapore Champion. Now, he becomes next in line to compete for Andruew Tang’s SPW Southeast Asian Championship at a future date.
