Tony Khan: I Think Britt Baker Is Fantastic, It’s Been Great Having Her Back In AEW

Tony Khan comments on Britt Baker ‘s suspension.

Britt Baker was sidelined for several months, but she returned to AEW at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door. There, she set her sights on Mercedes Moné. However, Baker was reportedly suspended for a backstage incident with MJF. Baker then returned to AEW television, and she is still set to face Moné at AEW All In.

Speaking on B arstool Rasslin’ , Tony Khan was asked about Baker’s suspension.

“Britt Baker’s been on the show…I think Britt Baker’s fantastic, and it’s been so great having Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. back in AEW,” Tony Khan said. “She’s chasing the CEO, and I think at AEW All In, it’s gonna be a fantastic match. To me, Mercedes [Moné] versus Britt Baker is one of those dream matches that I’ve wanted to see for a long time before they worked in the same company. It’s one of those companies you never thought you’d get to see, and it’s happening at Wembley Stadium, and it’s gonna be a great, great match. It’s been a great rivalry that’s unfolded on AEW television.”
