    WWE NXT Viewership Slightly Rises Against DNC Coverage On 8/20

    WWE NXT viewership slightly increased on August 20, when the show was up against coverage of the Democratic National Convention.

    Per Wrestlenomics (via Programming Insider ) NXT averaged 639,000 viewers on Tuesday. This number is up from last week, when 617,000 viewers tuned in.

    In the 18 to 49 demographic, NXT drew a 0.16 rating. This is down from last week (0.17).

    NXT was up against coverage of the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday.

    This Week’s Episode Of WWE NXT

    The August 20 episode of WWE NXT was headlined by a three-way match between Joe Hendry, Wes Lee, and Pete Dunne. Elsewhere on the show, a Gauntlet Eliminator match determined NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez’s challenger at NXT No Mercy. Plus, Axiom and Nathan Frazer faced Duke Hudson and Riley Osborne.
