WWE SmackDown saw a decrease in viewership on September 6.

According to Wrestlenomics , SmackDown averaged 1.77 million viewers on Friday. The show drew a 0.45 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership number is down from last week’s episode, when an average of 2.05 million viewers tuned in.

The demo also dropped from last week‘s episode, which drew a 0.53 rating in the same demographic.

Both the total and the demographic marked SmackDown’s lowest numbers since the December 29, 2023, episode. This also marked SmackDown’s second-least-watched episode during its run on FOX.

SmackDown was up against AEW Collision on Friday, and it still ranked #1 in the demographic on broadcast on Friday. SmackDown was also up against an NFL game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Green Bay Packers.
