Tony Khan: AEW Dynamite Will Have AEW’s Biggest Overrun Ever, ‘That’s Not The Only Announcement Today’

AEW CEO Tony Khan keeps teasing that an announcement is coming.

Tony Khan announced that TBS had given AEW their biggest overrun ever for the October 2 episode of AEW Dynamite. He also noted that this would not be the only announcement today.

Multiple outlets have reported that an announcement regarding AEW’s new media rights deal with Warner Bros. Discovery is imminent. Khan himself said that he may have an announcement by showtime on Wednesday.

Update: AEW and Warner Bros. Discovery confirmed they reached an agreement for a new media rights deal . The multi-year deal will include simulcasting AEW programming live on Max.
