Damian Priest does not want to form a new Judgement Day with Rhea Ripley .

After his win over Finn Balor at Bad Blood, Damian Priest’s rivalry with his former stable seems to be over. He looks set to move onto new things, with potential future title shots and Royal Rumble wins something he is interested in.

Meanwhile, Rhea Ripley had her chance to win back the women’s heavyweight title ended by a returning Raquel Rodriguez. She won’t have time to carry on Judgement Day business when taking down her latest enemy in pursuit of revenge.

At the Bad Blood post-show media scrum , Steve Fall of Ten Count Media asked Damian Priest about potentially forming a new Judgment Day in the future.

The former World Heavyweight Champion explained that the idea of the Judgement Day was to push potential main event talent into the top spots in the company. Now he and Rhea Ripley have achieved that, they need to go their separate ways. Even though they remain best friends in WWE, they need to “follow their own path” in their respective divisions.

“You know, the idea of The Judgment Day was to grab some talent—we’re all capable of being main eventers, the ones on the billboards and whatnot. For whatever reason, we weren’t there yet. So, we got together to push each other, and Rhea and I achieved that.”

“While it was fun doing it with your friends and everything, at the same time there’s this feeling of, ‘Now I’m here—let’s see what I can do on my own.’ I love Rhea. She’s my best friend in the world. But she’s in the women’s division, and I’m in the men’s division. So, even though we’re friends, we have to follow our own paths.” Damian Priest said.
