Jonathan Coachman thinks he’s among the top people in the world as selling Steve Austin ‘s finishing move.

The former Raw General Manager had numerous run-ins with the Texas Rattlesnake in the mid 2000s. The pair were supposed to face off at Taboo Tuesday 2005, in Austin’s first match since WrestleMania XIX. However, Austin didn’t show up to the event, and didn’t wrestle again until 2022.

In the meantime, Austin was dishing out Stone Cold Stunners to Jonathan Coachman weekly, which gave him the chance to become a top 3 seller of the move. Coachman recently appeared on Insight with Chris Van Vliet . He was complimented on how well he took the Stone Cold Stunner, to which Coachman bragged that he was “top 3”. He went on to explain that Scott Hall overdid it, and how he is only behind Mick Foley and The Rock in selling the Stone Cold Stunner.

“I think I’m top three, I really do. I really do, because people don’t understand how to take it. People go to their knees and take it.”

Chris Van Vliet then listed The Rock and Scott Hall as the top two above Jonathan Coachman, which the former Raw General Manager took offense at.

“Woah, woah, woah! Scott Hall was way over the top! There is a happy medium that you got to have. You do the bounce. If you ask Stone Cold, he would say that I was right up there too. The Rock was probably the best. By far, and it’s not close. Vince [McMahon] is the worst. Mick Foley is number two, right? [Linda McMahon] is pretty bad, too.”
