yea before he got hulk... Once Hulkamania hit, nobody came close ..still to this day its unrivaled.. The Rock and Stone Cold and Undertaker put together might scratch the surface of hulk hogans draw and popularity at the peak.. Physiques took priority over everything else.. i always wondered how the F rhodes was even on TV as a wrestler.. certainly not one of the best.. his physique didnt match the best
