André 3000 announces opening artist for New Blue Sun Tour in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — André 3000 has announced who will be opening for him on his New Blue Sun Tour when it comes to Richmond.

Seven-time GRAMMY award-winner André 3000 recently announced that serpentwithfeet will be joining his New Blue Sun tour coming to Richmond’s Altria Theater on Friday, Nov. 8 as the opening act for the show.

serpentwithfeet is an R&B artist from Baltimore, Maryland, who recently released his third studio album “Grip” earlier this year.

The New Blue Sun LIVE tour is said to leave the audience both reflective, as well as enchanted, according to an Altria Theater representation.

André 3000 will perform on stage alongside of Carlos Niño, Surya Botofasina, Nate Mercereau and Deantoni Parks, giving the audience a taste of instrumentation utopia.
