Fifth-annual Crabs, Beer & Spirits by the James coming to Richmond riverside

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Crabs, Beer & Spirits by the James is back on Saturday for its fifth year, bringing this riverside celebration to Richmond’s Kanawha Plaza.

The event, presented by Butterfly Visionaries & CNJ Entertainment, will take place from noon to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 24 at the Kanawha Plaza on East Canal Street in Richmond.

For the price of admission, attendees to this family-friendly event can experience all-you-can-eat crabs and more. There will also be live music and DJs, as well as specialty vendors.
