Brightpoint Community College in Chesterfield hosting part-time job, internship fair

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Brightpoint Community College in Chesterfield County will be hosting a part-time job and internship fair to get students and job seekers connected to hiring businesses in the area.

According to the college, the fair will take place from 3:30 to 6 p.m. on Sept. 10, in room N102 in the Nicolas Center at its campus located at Route 1 and Brightpoint Drive in the Chester area of Chesterfield.

The list of businesses that will be present at the fair includes the following:

• Bon Secours
• Central State Hospital
• Chesterfield County Police Department
• Chesterfield County Public Schools
• ColonialWebb
• Commonwise Home Care
• Division of Consolidated Laboratory Services
• Sheetz
• Smurfit Westrock
• Target
• UPS
• Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU)
• Virginia Museum of Fine Arts (VMFA)
• YMCA
• Youth & Family Services at Ft. Gregg Adams
