Community yoga to be hosted at VMFA by Align Yoga Rocks and Reiki

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Looking to start your Labor Day weekend with relaxation and mindfulness? A community yoga class will be hosted at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts Saturday morning.

The session will be hosted by Align Yoga Rocks and Reiki on the grass lawn behind the museum — located at 200 North Arthur Ashe Boulevard in Richmond — from 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 31.

According to organizers, the class is open to all level, including beginners, and is family-friendly.

Attendees should bring their own yoga mat and water, and wear clothes best for potentially warm weather .

The session has a “pay what you can” registration system, and folks who want to participate must reserve their spot to attend. To register and find more information, visit the event’s webpage on eventbrite .
