    Man dies after Richmond shooting, police investigating

    RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Richmond Police Department is investigating after a man died from a shooting Saturday night.

    Just before midnight on Saturday, Aug. 31, Richmond Police received a call for a person down on Fairfield Avenue. When officers arrived on scene, they found a man with gunshot wounds in the 2100 block of Fairfield Avenue.

    According to police, lifesaving attempts were unsuccessful and the victim was pronounced dead.

    I'm tired of the crime drugs , come on the devil is taking over. the public transit is a freak show not for hard workers anymore. Jesus please lay you hands on us richmonders. We need you to look over our sons and daughters more than ever.
