Trotwood man pleads guilty to burning down garage, trying to set fire to house
A Trotwood man accused of burning down a detached garage and trying to set fire to a house has pleaded guilty in a pair of plea agreements. Jeffery Mullins, 37, pleaded guilty to one felony count of arson and one misdemeanor count of arson, according to the agreements, filed Thursday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
