Wish they would fix the monopoly company Spectrum in NY because they are robbing all residents blind. They are rude customer service, they lie, and hey jack prices and won't help anyone but my customers to suck them in.

First off nobody gets free internet and if so how and where ?? So the last time they did this the internet providers well spectrum to be specific raised and increased the cost by $10 every 6 months to snatch the money the government provided back. So let’s be clear they are going to give these greedy companies more money and waste money when so many people are homeless or struggling with bills!!?? Then the internet is so crappy that it’s almost impossible to use and you pay so much money to upgrade to the highest speed levels. Bad decision … that is a hell of an amount they need to place a cap on what they can charge for all Americans regardless of the income being that they are giving them free money because they care less about low income or anyone having internet unless they can beat you over the head with their ridiculous prices. I’m low income and I still pay nearly $100 per month.
