Gallery: Memorial Health and Galen College of Nursing groundbreaking

POOLER, Ga. (WSAV — Memorial Health and Galen College of Nursing had their groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday.

The new facility will house the Galen College of Nursing’s new campus which will offer a three-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a two-year associate degree in nursing (ASN).

The three-story facility is projected to cost $28 million.

The expected 67,000 square-foot campus will also include Memorial Health facilities, such as future satellites planned for Heart Care, Breast Care and Surgical & Bariatric Care, outpatient Therapy services including physical, occupational and speech, a new breast imaging center, and a Primary and Women’s Care.

The new facility is estimated to have its grand opening in the fall of 2025.
