6 Ellis Square shooting suspects indicted

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – The state of Georgia has brought forth a formal indictment against six suspects in the May 18 mass shooting that occurred at Ellis Square in downtown Savannah.

The six-page indictment lists a total of 19 different charges the suspects currently face.

Below is a breakdown of the charges.

• WILLIAM ANTHONY MITCHELL: Four counts of Aggravated Assault and four counts of Possession of a Firearm.
• ERICQUE DAMIEN STREET: Four counts of Aggravated Assault and four counts of Possession of a Firearm. Street is also charged with one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
• CAZARE PERNELL COOPER: Four counts of Aggravated Assault and four counts of Possession of a Firearm.
• SAMIRA YVETTE KENNY: Four counts of Aggravated Assault and four counts of Possession of a Firearm. Kenny is also charged with one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
• JACOREY DARONTE PORTER: Four counts of Aggravated Assault and four counts of Possession of a Firearm. Porter is also charged with one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
• OMARRE MAQUIS HARRIS: Four counts of Aggravated Assault and four counts of Possession of a Firearm.
