One person killed in Bulloch Co. car crash on Friday night

BULLOCH COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) – A single vehicle crash that happened on Friday night has left one person dead, according to the Georgia State Patrol (GSP).

At 8 p.m. Statesboro troopers were dispatched and responded to the crash, that happened in the area of Stilson Leefield Rd. and Bryant Still Rd. in Bulloch County.

The GSP says their investigation indicates that a Ford truck was traveling northwest on Stilson Lee Field Rd. and departed the roadway to the right, overturned several times, and struck a utility pole.

The truck came to a final rest on its passenger side on the right shoulder. The unrestrained single occupant was pronounced deceased on-scene, according to GSP.
