Raccoon in Brunswick neighborhood tests positive for rabies

BRUNSWICK, Ga. (WSAV) – A raccoon in a residential neighborhood near the Glynn Isles Shopping Center in Brunswick has tested positive for rabies, according to the Georgia Coastal Health District.

Residents are reminded to avoid contact with wild animals and ensure pets are up to date on rabies vaccinations.
