HS Vball: Effingham County wins 3-set thriller

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — The Effingham County volleyball needed three sets to defeat St. Vincent’s on the road on Sept. 10.

The win improves Effingham’s record to 15-9. The Rebels also took down Beaufort in straight sets. As for St. Vincent’s, they drop to 21-4. The Saints walked away with a victory against Beaufort.

Effingham’s next time on the court is a tri-match with Lakeside-Evans and Savannah Arts Academy on Thursday, Sept. 12. For St. Vincent’s, they play a tri-match with Brunswick and Jenkins.
