Possible tornado causes damage on Daufuskie Island

DAUFUSKIE ISLAND, S.C. (WSAV) – Strong winds and a possible tornado leave areas of Daufuskie Island with damage.

Thursday morning the Daufuskie Fire Department (DFD) responded to a possible tornado touchdown in the Melrose area of the island. The area has experienced fallen trees, blocking multiple roads and some minor roof damage.
