Former Liberty County Sherriff candidate collecting Helene donations

LIBERTY COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) – A former Liberty County Sheriff Candidate is collecting donations for those affected by Helene.

Kevin Hofkin was recently a candidate for the Liberty County sheriff’s position and he is asking for donations to help families and individuals affected by Hurricane Helene.

Donations can be dropped off at the following locations:

• Southern Roots Salon -106 Commerce St, Hinesville, Ga.
• Halfmoon Marina – 171 Azalea Rd, Midway, Ga.
