    Juvenile arrested for weapons posession in Glynn County

    BRUNSWICK, Ga. (WSAV) – A Brunswick juvenile was arrested for weapons possession and obstruction on Sunday, Glynn County Police (GCPD) reports.

    17-year-old Elijah Grovner is now charged with Obstructing Law Enforcement Officers, Possession of tools for the commission of a crime, loitering or prowling, and possession of a handgun by a person under the age of 18 years.

    The arrest came after officers arrived at 635 Chapel Crossing Road on Sunday responding to a call about four men looking into vehicles on the property.

    GCPD patrol officer Kendall Moses arrived the four men suspected of looking into the cars took flight on foot. Moses pursued and arrested one of the men who had two loaded pistols. In addition, Moses found two more pistols in the front yard at the location.

    A K-9 unit called to the scene was unable to locate the three other men who had been looking into the cars.
