he's innocent, in my opinion. When that cab driver got out of the vehicle, he became an automatic threat. if he was having issues or problems with his passenger, as a professional driver, he should have contacted dispatch or the police. for his own safety, he should have never argued or fought with the customer in any type of threatening manner. the driver looked like he was a nasty mean man when it came to certain types of people. he looked like the type of man that felt like he could beat any young man he came across. that day, he met his match. #rip
