FORECAST:

• Severe thunderstorm warnings ended at 10:20 p.m. Friday.
• However, the threat continues this weekend.
• There is a marginal risk of severe thunderstorms on Saturday and Sunday across the region.
• The main threats will be damaging wind gusts, frequent lightning, and locally heavy rainfall.
