North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper signed four bills Wednesday that include the creation of a new registry for vaping products and a slew of changes related to transportation laws and the state DMV.

Over 100 restaurants will participate in the event, which runs from July 19-28. Participating restaurants can be found in Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Gaston, Union, Lincoln, Catawba, Stanly and York counties.
