Greenville Co. deputies searching for missing man

GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — Officials are asking the public to be on the lookout for a man who was last seen in the Travelers Rest area on Monday afternoon.

According to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office, Mark Wagnon, 66, was last seen on Geer Highway near North West Middle School at around 4:30 p.m.

Wagnon is a white man, and stand at 5-feet-9 and weighs around 158 pounds. he was last seen in a blue and gray polo shirt, blue jeans and glasses.

Wagnon was driving a 2010 gray Nissan Sentra with the SC tag 7097KN.

Officials said that the 66-year-old is in need of immediate medical care for memory issues.

On Tuesday, the State Law Enforcement Division said it was assisting in the search for Wagnon

Deputies ask that anyone who sees Wagnon to call 911 immediately.
