UNION COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – With high school football just around the corner, the Union County Yellow Jackets are previewed ahead of the 2024 season which kicks off on August 23.

Preview:

As the Quinnon Isom era begins, he’s had a battle for starting quarterback between returning junior Qa Brannon and massive freshman Shiro Crosby. Whoever gets the job will have targets in running backs Jakevious Jennings, LJ Baths and Micah Wallace and receivers JaQuan Jeter, Josh Rice-Brandon and Cade Coker. As they settle into the season, there’s a chance both quarterbacks see actions.

Linebacker Joe Knox leads the defense which features good size up front.
