(WSPA) – Agents with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division are looking for two individuals who escaped from the Department of Juvenile Justice.

On August 28, 17-year-old Robert Richard Louis Bissonette IV, of Anderson, and 18-year-old Malachi Joseph Ussery, of Columbia, escaped from the Three Rivers Behavioral Health Facility in Lexington County.

Officials said Bissonette was last seen Friday, September 6 in West Columbia on Sunset Boulevard. He may have a shaved head or shorter hair than the picture shared from SLED.

Bissonette is described as 5’6 weighing 137 pounds and has hazel eyes with brown hair.

Ussery is 6′ weighing 140 pounds and has blue eyes and brown hair according to officials. It is reported that Ussery has a violent criminal history.

Law enforcement has been advised to use extreme caution if they encounter either Bissonnette or Ussery.

Anyone who may know about Ussery or Bissonnette’s whereabouts should immediately call 911 and then report this information to SLED at (866) 472–8477.
