    Lane on Highway 9 in Boiling Springs closed for gas leak

    SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – The Boiling Springs Fire Department is asking drivers to drive cautiously as road work takes place.

    One lane of Highway 9, in front of Boiling Springs Middle School, is currently shut down, according to the Boiling Springs Fire Department.

    Officials said that road workers are currently working on a gas leak, and drivers should merge into the left lane.

    7News will provide an update once more information becomes available.
